Starting with basic exercises that focus on core strengthening, adding in cardio exercises to increase your heart rate and burn calories has a positive effect on your emotional well being. Make sure to focus on form and technique while exercising, and to switch up your routine to keep it interesting. Make sure to stay hydrated and to get enough rest, so your body can perform the exercises correctly.
