What is Full Power?
My goal is to help you understand what full power means. It's about taking control of your life, being the one driving the car, not just a passenger. It's about having a strong voice, creating space for others to shine, and showing up as your best self in any situation.

The best way to access full power is through simple but powerful tools, such as functional breathing, heart rate variability (HRV) training, physical training, mindset, service to community, communication, healthy risk-taking, knowledge, and self-awareness. By exploring and optimizing these aspects of your life, you can move the needle and achieve your goals, whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance or someone struggling with health issues.
Optimizing your breathing is one of the most important things you can do to improve your performance, whether you're an athlete or just trying to get through the day. Breathing is the remote control of your nervous system, and by learning to control your breathing, you can control your performance.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is another important tool for optimizing your performance. It measures the resilience of your nervous system and tells you how ready you are to engage or whether you need to recover. By measuring your HRV and using biofeedback to train yourself to relax and achieve a state of calm and peace, you can improve your overall feeling of wellness and strength.
Biofeedback is a powerful technology that allows you to directly improve yourself through your own signals. By recognizing and changing your own internal state, you can achieve greater awareness, relaxation, and faith in your body's ability to help you achieve your goals.
