Optimizing your breathing is one of the most important things you can do to improve your performance, whether you're an athlete or just trying to get through the day. Breathing is the remote control of your nervous system, and by learning to control your breathing, you can control your performance.

 

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is another important tool for optimizing your performance. It measures the resilience of your nervous system and tells you how ready you are to engage or whether you need to recover.
